Travis Eckert-Director of Tennis
Travis attended University of Florida on a tennis scholarship. After college he worked as the Head Traveling coach for Billy Stearns Tennis Center in Sarasota Florida. Travis traveled the world coaching ITF Junior/Women's and Men's events as well as WTA/ATP events. He currently is the Academy Director and Co-owns Longwood Athletic Club with his wife Lesley (former Tour player). Coaching and Traveling Coach affilitations over the years include: Sunitha Rao #23 ITF juniors(currently 180 WTA). Jose Toelntino #100 ITF junior/former #1 Peru, Gerardo Azcurra top 200 ITF juniors/ Former #1 Argentina, Andrea Bubik 900 ATP, Lesley Kramer 400 WTA single/ 280 Doubles, Katarina Srebotnik #26WTA/ #4 Doubles, Barbora Hodinarova (formerly) #60 ITF juniors, Teodora Mircic #200 WTA.

Weyli Chang- Head Professional
Weyli Chang is the sister of Weylu Chang. Weyli was born in Boston, Mass. She moved to Florida at 11 years old where she began training at the Bollettieri Tennis Academy. Weyli played tennis for the University of Alabama on a four year full scholarship. She was a part of transitioning an unranked team to a top 20 ranking. She also made appearances in the NCAA Team and Doubles Tournament.
Weyli enjoys working with players of all ages and levels.
Off the tennis court, Weyli spends much of her time in serving and in leadership for her local church. |

Weylu Chang-Head Professional
Weylu was raised in the North Shore of Boston. He grew up playing tennis and running around his parent's restaurant. Soon tennis became a life long passion and he moved to Bradenton Florida and began training at the world renowned Bollettieri Tennis Academy. Weylu has traveled the world not only playing professional tennis but coaching professional players. He played singles and doubles for the Crimson Tide on a scholarship and graduate the University of Alabama with a BS in Sports Fitness Management.
After college, Weylu interned at Athletes’ Performance in Tempe, AZ under the world renowned strength and conditioning coach, Mark Verstegan, as a performance specialist. At Athletes’ Performance, Weylu gained knowledge in the areas of movement, strength, flexibility and nutrition.
Weylu has is a devoted husband and a father of two beautiful children.

Paolo Lotti -Head Professional
Paolo Lotti was born in Italy. He was an avid tennis enthusiast from a young age. Paolo played and coached in Italy 1981-2003. In 2003 he became USPTA certified. He coached at Longwood from 2003 until 2005 as Head Professional.
From 2005 until present Paolo has been a Head Professional for Next Generation Tennis Academy and the Tennis Program Director for Heritage Oaks Golf and Country Club.
Besides tennis his passions in life are his beautiful family and football (or as Americans call it, soccer). |

Bojan Vuckovic-Head Professional
Bojan was born in Yugoslavia. He took to tennis at a young age and as a teenager was a sparing partner for the Yugoslavian Davis Cup team which had 4 player's in the Top 100 ATP. He was ranked among the top 20 juniors in former Yugoslavia (1988-1989) and ranked among the top 10 men in Serbia (1990-1992) Bojan attended college in the US and played #1 Singles and Doubles at Southern Illinois University (1992-1997). He started his teaching career as an Associate Professional 1997 at Billy Stearns Tennis Center here in Sarasota, FL. For the last 10 years Bojan has been teaching all levels and ages of tennis players in the Sarasota area.
Bojan has a wonderful family. A beautiful wife, Tanja, and a six year old daughter, Natalia. |

Gerardo Azcurra-Professional Athlete
Gerardo "G" was born in Argentina. He was formerly the #1 junior in Argentina and Top 200 in ITF juniors. He was the 2005 National Men's Open Clay Court Champion in the United States and finished 2005 the ranked #2 Nationally in the Men's Open division. He has been associated with Next Generation Tennis Academy, assiting, training and mentoring students since 2007.
Outside of tennis, G has a passion for soccer and music. |
